A skilled Data Distribution focused on maintaining customer satisfaction with CO-OP technology and services by managing project delivery, providing support services and repairs, monitoring K Pis (Kips), and as a team responsible for project procurement and technology support for our internal customers and credit unions We are looking for the manager. .
This role is responsible for coordinating program cohesion between product, architecture, team leaders, Scrum Masters, and IT BA s, and managing backlogs and features that must be completed across all Scrum teams.
This role requires someone who can maintain a positive relationship with companies / products, meet delivery expectations, lead teams, stay organized, manage conflicts, innovate, and constantly find ways to improve effective delivery in a rapidly changing environment.
This role works closely with other technology leaders within ET&S and with stakeholders in the product and sales team. It is important to ensure that new and improved operational functions that meet or exceed high quality expectations are delivered on time and on a budget basis in a cultural approach consistent with collaborative values.
What can you expect
As a delivery manager, you often manage one or more flexible projects by an agile, multidisciplinary team to deliver a specific product, application or improvements.
Design, develop and implement all construction results and technology support of the project, including quality plans, estimates, resource allocation and status reports, within time limits, budgets and specifications.
Follow development standards, Business Analyst, Quality Assurance Analyst, and best practices, and have them used in the project technology team.
Track dependencies for complex projects spanning multiple lines of business.
Communicate continuously and effectively with internal partners and project managers to understand relevant project needs and requirements.
Identify areas at risk and suggest alternative strategies to address concerns.
Ensure that new and expanded business functions that meet or exceed expectations are delivered on time and within budget.
Understand the business and technology results of the project.
You'll be able to take on complex projects, remove barriers to your team, and be able to plan and go into detail at a higher level to get things done.
By defining the project requirements and incorporating them into the POM / portfolio process, the resource can be allocated accordingly.
Monitor the application of technology in all areas to ensure business results with strong organizational, communication and leadership skills.
In partnership with Architecture and Management, Shepherd applies the technical vision, standards and best practices to ensure the alignment of strategy and implementation.
Manages epics and feature accumulation and assigns features to separate Agile teams as needed.
The contact information in the team ensures that the stories are created with the right technical work.
Report on management status, increasing barriers, risk management, value creation and continuous improvement.
Act as an advocate of technical compliance and best practices at the project implementation level.
Present, learn, and iterate projects and products using the appropriate agile project management method.
Work with POM and Business / Product teams to ensure we adhere to the project road map for a specific product / application.
It makes scrums and scrum celebrations easy.
Work with single and check if the project evolved into epics, features and user stories based on acceptance criteria.
Conduct a collaborative and dynamic planning process and prioritize work to be done based on the team's ability and performance.
Attend daily standing, planning, review, and post-event meetings and provide effective feedback
